About NAGLAZYME\u00ae<\/sup> (galsulfase)<\/h1>\n

NAGLAZYME\u00ae<\/sup> (galsulfase) is the first and only enzyme replacement therapy to directly treat MPS VI.1<\/sup><\/h2>\n

It provides a\u00a0recombinant enzyme that is needed to break down and get rid of the GAGs that cause MPS VI symptoms.1<\/sup><\/p>\n

In clinical studies, NAGLAZYME has been shown to help MPS VI patients with endurance. In timed tests, eligible people who received NAGLAZYME were able to climb more stairs and walk farther than before treatment. Long-term studies have shown that these benefits continued when patients stayed on NAGLAZYME treatment.1,2<\/sup><\/p>\n

In all patients with MPS VI, GAGs continue to build up over time. If untreated, the symptoms of MPS VI continue to get worse. So it is important to start treatment with NAGLAZYME as soon as a diagnosis of MPS VI is made, and to continue weekly infusions.1,3<\/sup><\/p>\n
